It is possible to get a "last minute price" if you book at very short notice (1-6 days before arrival).
For bookings of "only" one or two days, plus € 4.00/day (at 2 people.)
Peak days here the price of the stay is increased by €2.00.
For our four-legged friends we charge excluding food:
€ 10.00 per day the first 3 days
from 4 - 10 day = € 8.00 per day
longer stays from the 11th day free!
We charge a lower price for the early & off-season.
Deposit upon booking: about 20%
Cancellation costs: up to 35 days before booked arrival free of charge, then staggered from € 25.00 to € 100.00 per apartment p>
Early departure: 50% of the remaining days
Payment: in cash, bank transfer, bank transfer in advance - no credit cards.
